The purpose of World sound Healing Day is:

• To bring awareness of the power of intentional sound
• To create a conscious community using sound for planetary healing

Sound, coupled with intention, has the ability to heal and transform.

Sound healers, meditators, peace activists and lovers of all humanity and sentient consciousness will be sending a Sonic Valentine to Gaia, our Mother Earth, on Tuesday, February 14, 2012 at 12:00 noon (local time in your time zone).

To assist in this Global Harmonization: the process of creating harmony and peace on Earth, simply prepare by sitting in stillness and project the unifying sound of OHM at noon, again local in your time zone. Really feel your voice coming from your heart center with the powerful energy of compassion and love, while setting the intention of sending peace and love to Gaia, our Mother Earth to heal her.

 

Sound, music, chanting . . . all forms of sonic vibration with intention has a direct effect for instant change.
