I've just started incorporating a daily intake of pineapple juice in my diet this week. I love the taste and it feels good to be doing something positive for my body as well!

I really like the pineapple, this is my favorite fruit and i usually enjoy preparing some recipe which contain pineapple. My boyfriend always enjoy what i do for him, He is really happy.

I like my mix of pineapply and payapa. I had cold sores and last night i drank juice as part of my dinner. 500ml. My sores cool down faster with the basic medication.

What a dreadful shame that it cannot educate some of the dumb pricks that published their ignorance so globally. The writer forgot to mention that it is also a great remedy for haemorrhoids. For those who are afflicted stick a pineapple up your arse for an instant cure. Who knows, in some circles it may become quite trendy!!
